A photo of the packing slip and the items you did receive
We’ll prioritize your request and get a replacement sent out or issue a refund immediately.
We move fast to get your items out the door! We can process a cancellation as long as your request is made within 24 hours of purchase and the order has not yet shipped.

Once processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
