Derma Roller

Derma Roller (Microneedling Device) is a handheld skin tool designed to stimulate collagen production by creating micro-injuries in the skin’s surface. It’s widely used in cosmetic and dermatological research to improve skin texture, reduce scarring, and enhance the absorption of topical agents.

The Gencore Global derma roller is designed at .25mm needle length which is the ideal length for both scalp, and surface level skin application.

Basic user guide: Lightly roll the needles across the target area of skin, or scalp. Do not apply heavy pressure when using this derma roller. Do not use more frequently than once every three days.

Caution: if using externally branded derma rollers, please review the typical needle size of the product on hand to prevent long term damage.
